No, frankenpan might work or use the whole M50 engine + trans etc like I did. But that require a lot of work :P
In sticking with the m20 for now atleast, I'm petty happy with the power at low boost. Did you have to get the rear diff to match the gears? I'll have to start keeping an eye out and see what I can cone up with.

Seriously. Why is it always the scandanavians with the craziest turbo builds? It's not just e30s. Almost every single time you see a boost rocket it is either from Sweden or Norway.

Yes, you have to match the rear, its 3.38 ratio. Some other bmw models have it too, not only E34.

Yeah I usually don't drive my project cars from late November to mars-april maybe :P But last couple years I've been able to drive on snow free roads around Christmas :D
E30 325ix M50 turbo 7 spd DCT 4wd 840awhp @ 31 psi.
E30 M50 6 spd 764whp @ 24psi.
E30 M20 6 spd 675whp.
