Anyhow, the kid should have expected to be tazered if he was being confrontational. However, 5-6 tazes was excessive.

Were they checking everyone's ID, or did they just try to check his? If they were racial profiling then that's not good, but if they were checking everybody's then the kid got what he deserved. However, I'd feel discriminated against if I was singled out to produce ID because of my race.

in the video i watched i couldnt tell what fucking race he was. i had already formed an opinion before i even saw the shitbag. if im a cop and i see a muslim at any hour of the day where he shouldnt be im questioning him. call me a racist, i dont care. if i didnt question him and he set off a dirty bomb or similar the liberal whiny fucking pussies would be the first ones to want me strung up by the balls for not doing my job. i heard those cops say "stand up" at least 30 times. wtf didnt he understand? i would have tazed him more than they did. im sick of college students that think they know everything and think they are entitled.

This reminds me of a case that happened around 4 years ago in tout wn. A 40 yr old man was driving a Quad from a legitimite riding area 40 feet on the road to his house. Cop pulls up, and gets real cocky. The machine was still running, and a small argument insued. Keep in mind that this man was UNARMED! Blatently UNAMRED.

The cop tells him again to shut the machine off. He then drew his gun, pointed it to the guys temple, and told him that he would blow his brains out unless he shut off the machine and got off of it. The cop then took matters into his own hands and grabbed the guys left hand.

The guys left hand was holding the clutch in! Smart move, HUH? Well, of course the machine moved, and the cop let off one round near the guys head. He then got ran over by the quad, and again until he was bleeding, and unconscious. The guy called the police, and gets arrested.

The two stories didn't match up, and the cop tried suing the guy, since his wrist was shattered, leg broken, and had a head injury also. Once the investigation insued, the cop was demoted to basic patrolman, the cop's case was thrown out of court, and the town settled out of court with the guy for damages. The town also admits that the cop was lucky to be alive, due to the ignorance and excessive force that caused the guy to fear for his life and run down the cop.

Around here Police are VERY careful, and mostly reasonable, and this is one of a rash of cases where people end up suing the town over beating up a cop. I also didn't mention that the cop was sued, lost, and lost his house as a result. He was also charged with insurance fraud, as it turns out he really milked the injury.

Obviously I hate when I see shit like this. There was no justifible reason to do anything with the guy other than hold him and escort him out. Period. Laying one finger on him, other than escorting him out was dead wrong. I hope he sues, and the student body makes a huge issue out of this.

Fuck the police. Complete bullshit. If he was in cuffs and not kicking, even the pussiest of police officers could have carried the fucker out without tazing him that many times. The guy was being a douchebag, but that was obscene.

Everybody always says that you'll hate the police until you actually need them one day. Every time I've ever needed them, they've somehow found a way to fuck me sideways instead of helping a situation.

Of course there is such a thing as a good cop...but they are few and far between.

Ever heard of handcuffs and foot restraints? If they did that they could just carry the guy out. The tazering was definately excessive. Ofcourse the guy should have complied with the police and it's obvious he was trying to make a scene. They really only escalated the situation by tazering the guy over and over. This is not really a big deal IMO, it was not racially motivated, it appeared to be a pretty racially diverse police crew that apprehended the guy.
