Race seat for a bigger guy.

I am 6'2 and Have a 40 inch waist size so far the only seat under 500 bucks that I found that fits me is the Corbeau FX-1
Do I have any other options for a bucket seat in under the 500 dollar range?

Only thing is the car is not a dd but I do have to drive to a track which is an hour plus drive so it needs to be somewhat comfy.

You're talking to the guy that drove 17 hrs in an OMP. Get something like this:

...and you won't destroy your tail riding in it. ProTip: try eBay for teh cheepz (AirHawk and Roho)

well hour drive is auto x.
I guess I will need to search used as I do not want to spend over 500.
But I keep hearing bad things about FX1 I was wondering does anyone have decent mount setups for the buddy club seats.

Corbeau Forza 2. I have two of them and they can be had brand new for about 600 for the pair.

Im 6'1 and I have a 38" waist. I have plenty of room

They are incredibly uncomfy for long durations. I can only drive about an hour in my FX1 Pro before my legs and ass starting hurting. Any more then two hours and the lower half of my body just falls asleep. The price is right, so if you won't be doing enduro's, you should be fine. If you are getting these for a car that gets driven on the street, I'd look elsewhere.

So looks like the corbeau wide are the only seat on the budget that will fit me. I liked the buddy club seats but looks like their wide version would be too small as the standard version is for 32 in waist is there any issues fitting the fx1 wide in the e30?

will the buddy club fir someone with 40 inch waist, as I am unable to find the info anywhere.
I did notice people saying that standard size is for 32 inch waist so i figured the wide was for someone a little bigger as dimensions on the seat are way smaller then the forza or FX1 wide.
