Killer deal on some nice springs again, Tanabe 210 springs $18 a pair! and helpers in various sizes and rates. I've got several sets and they are pretty consistent, great for fine tuning your setup and a cheap way to try a bunch of different rates. :pimp:

Yep, and 65mm are probably the only ones you'd want to use.
up front: 6kg would be good for a DD (about 340lb/in, very similar to H&R race)
8kg would be good for track duty (about 450lb/in)
10kg and up (560lb/in) would be good for hardcore track duty
Obviously some prefer super stiff springs, but I'd probably be happy around 6-8kg with some big sway bars. Unfortunately nothing but 4 and 10kg are available in a 6" length or under, and there are no barrel type springs which are nice for the rear.
Shame too, I'd have loved to get a bunch of rates to switch out.paint sucks
