Nice laps.. I was there helping Tage get sound measurements on all the HPDE/TT cars in hopes that we'll be running AMP again soon. Your car was only 83 so you're good! haha Nice to see the video and see how well you were going.. It was hard to tell w. all the cars and many who are much louder and I was positioned on the straight anyways.
I'll be at the next one in Aug so come say hi although Sat I'll probably be letting a couple of friends drive my car.Leave a comment:

Last question, did the car start life as a 325i or a 318i?

It's gutted to the max without pulling out structural sheet metal.
Probably easier to tell you whats left:
Trunk: Battery (full size) and a strut bar
Interior: 4point roll bar, All glass there + pwr motors, 2 Corbeaus, G-Force 5points, Momo wheel, 2lbs fire bottle, Dash "shell" w. gauges and ECU underneath.
Engine bay: M50 +G250 w. ABS, no PS/AC/Heat etc, Ebay header, no CAT, high-beam cone intake, resonator sized muffler, lightweight clutch/flywheel assy.
I don't have any detailed pics or I'd post them but I'm sure you get the idea! :)Leave a comment:

195whp/175tq - Car weighs 2350 w. 3/4 tank of gas
Got some 225/50 R888's for next event and will be working on making the car handle better. With the H&R race/Bilsteins/IE sways/Front Camber plates I'm getting a lot of understeer.Leave a comment:
