haha, I ran a 14.6 in my 87 325is with a Dinan chip. My buddy ran a 16.2 in his busted ass eta, I ran a 16.3 in my eta. All 3 of these cars had well over 200k miles.

          My guess is 14.4 @ 95

Hey, welcome to 4500ft above sea level. Were about a second slower than sea level. Plus street tires spun bad on the track... I would have gained a few tenths with more traction.

Yeah, I'm only at 600ft. 4500 is really up there. What is the average HP loss, I think it's (elevation x .03 x HP) / 1000?

I dunno the hp loss, but if you take a car from my elevation to vegas, which is halfway, you gain .5 off your e.t. with no tuning. ie, my chevelle right off the trailer was .5 faster. obviously track conditions and weather are factors, but you get the idea.

Ok, I suck at drag racing.... lol.

                            MPH 97.275

It is very difficult to launch this damn thing, if I drop the clutch the whole rear end just hops, everything on the car is new, subframe/trailing arm bushings etc so it's not that. I tried slipping the clutch but still get lots of wheel spin and couldn't hook up 1st gear to save my life. This is on week old falken fk-452s treadwear 300 tires fwiw.

Anyways, going back next week on stickier autocross 30-40 treadwear tires and softer rear springs. It feels like it can do better with how it pulls 2nd/3rd gear but the 1st gear/lunch screws it all up.

                              eliminate the wheel hop.

FWIF the mph shows there is plenty more there. I would bet you could get another half second just with some practice.

How do I eliminate it? Softer rear springs? It does not hop in autocross or once the car is actually moving...it does it from stand still if I drop the clutch.
