Im running a m50nv with lowtec stiff dampers, i have cut m3springs in the front and some pos lowtec springs in the rear, springs are next on the list, im runing a welded 3.91 diff gives me like 85kmh in second gear, rarely have to use 3rd gear on the track we have here in iceland... Stiffer springs are deffinitely on the list, and a widermtrack in the front,, overall pretty good learners setup, although it deff needs less bodyroll :D

            Cheers

Same philosophy as the aluminium "drift buttons", they're just "cool" because they're anodized.

in theory it's also easier to lock it as well since they have the lip on them.

                        Thanks man

                        Here is my setup

M42 with chip and ford injectors
                        Welded 4.10 diff
                        IE springs
                        Billy sports
                        IE Big Sways
IE Poly subframe and trailing arm bushings
                        M3 control arm bushings
                        e36 steering rack

                        my alignment:
                        Front: 0 toe 1.6 camber
                        Rear: 0 toe 1.2 camber

I need more power but for now it works. I want to add spacers on the tie rods for more angle but my rims (17x7.5 et20) are hitting the sway-bar at full lock so i need some spacers first. also something needs to be done about my crappy ebrake. Adjustment? new shoes? hydraulic? something...

New shoes and adjustment should make a world of difference. Make sure the tension is equal side to side. A hydro brake (cutting brake) also does great. Drift hard and long enough using that ebrake and the handle will break though. ask me how I know. :p

New shoes should work, I have 0 problem locking mine up at the skidpad. I'm solving the power issue with a little Eaton, hopefully. :)

Fronts must be 8's then. Did wheels change other than finish in the s52 to s54 Roadsters?
