stock 3.73 lsd
i never had any under steer issues and was very controllable when sideways, i like it a lot. only thing else i could say is that is was a bit too tail happy which i probably could have fixed by adjusting the rear sway bar.
i will see how it does when i get the motor re-tuned and the car has a full cage now and is lighter.

Haven't driven my e30 in a few years due to lack of time and rebuilding/swapping the engine but here is what i had and it drifted well.
Engine:
stock m20 with intake and autothority chip
Suspension:
