    Which helmet do you like?

    will try later

    lets see....hows this

    and this...

the top one looks soooo motor cross....no? I want a closed face but w/ this "open" face design. I am not considering any other hats.......so between these two...waddyasay?

AND.....I am thinking of the top pic (newer version) w/ the bottom (older) visor......just found out they are interchangeable...this may be the ticket. I do like the lower(older one) though.....it just seems less motorcycle ish.

They look the same to me. Or am I missing something?

I have a Pyrotect. I opted for the open face model after trying a few on.
I like it. It is a Bell design, made by their Chinese affiliate.

I recommend trying on a few in person. And don't go too cheap. It is your melon you are protecting.

I have a skinny neck, therefore the lighter the helmet, the better for me.

I've got a SA2000 Pyrotect, as well. Can't beat it for $200. Mine's closed face, BTW.

dont use a M helmet in place of an SA helmet. nevar. go try on helmets. you could be a bell head or a simpson head.

i have a g-force sa2000 full face, but if i had a few more bucks to blow, arai gp5k all the way.

I have an inexpensive open face motorcycle helmet (HJC, M2000). it's no full face snell, but it's more than enough for autox and the occasional DE. and it sure as hell beats having to use the loaner helmets..

Arai's are VERY nice. Between those 2 Bell's I would just get whichever one is cheaper or whichever one is 2005 rated. Also, DO NOT buy an M rated helmet. I did for my first event because it was cheaper but ended up having to buy another one because some clubs require SA rated. The two you are showing in the pics will both be great helmets. I vote for the second one.
