GForce are good for budget harnesses, if you want to spend a little more for a better product go with Safecraft. I don't find G-forces to be comfortable at all. I deal with all the different brands at work and Schroth are great quality as well but they are a PITA to install and adjust. The adjuster/slider mechanisms on the Safecrafts are awesome

Ill add one more thing to confuse you.....I instruct at many DE's I go to, so i get to feel alot of brands. IMO.....its not worth going for big buck belts unless funds are not an issue, and you are a brand type of consumer. I recall Schroth giving me a bad neck rub in one ride....
Ive had Gf yrs...no issues...ever. The GF pro series are even softer than they used to be...you want a nice pliable webbing....
go to an event...check out all the cars.......done.
you really cant go very wrong w/ any choice here...I love sitting down and just driving!Comment

G-force 6 point in my track rat (same cage as you) and they're great. I also kept the stock belt for driving around.
You can also use one eye bolt in the stock lower holder that's in the car, same threads... Saves you from drilling another hole.

When in doubt, check out one of the rule books for a racing organization. They usually will break it down for you. SCCA and NASA have good sections on belt routing and what not. The areas to pay attention are:
-The angle of the upper belt from your shoulder/seat to the harness bar
-the angle of the anti-sub belt from the mount through the seat.
-looping the belts through the adjuster, the anchor or around the bar and back through the adjuster.
Once you get the hang of it, try uninstalling and reinstalling them a couple times. It doesn't take long to get quick at threading them, and it will help you set them up correctly for whatever size driver is in your car.
Also, make sure to set them snug in your lightest street clothes, then they will be very snug in your race suit (which is what you want...)1991 325i MT2 Touring (JDM bro)
