        Sliding calipers will always suffer from this to some degree. Miata guys have lots of problems too.

        The best solution is:

          I'm sure that is a great solution but one that isn't allowed in PRO3 or SE30.

            ^Missed that post. Only option is to deal with it and waste pads.

            I understand rule sets designed to save costs, but typically on lighter cars BBK's pay for themselves quickly through increased pad/rotor life.

                Followup-

                replaced the pins, and used the 2 best carriers, and the calipers have remarkably little
                wobble to them as they sit right now. The right was a lot sloppier than the left-
                and had a lot more taper to prove it.

                So this season will be the test- I'm curious to see how they do with fresh pins.

                I can see how the (much larger) ATE pins would do a better job- IF the bushings were
                solid.
