Lesson: Toyo RA1's don't like a lot of pressure in the rears. :giggle:
Also learned: weak motor mounts (oh yes, I do know better) will allow the alternator fan to slice a nice hole in the lower rad hose. Abbreviated runs on Day 2.

You runnin FP? I may have to join you next year if you're still in it. DSP is boring in our region...

I sliced the same hose last year at the fall Hershey event... both motor mounts were sheared in half. I upgraded to AKG poly... no more worries.

FP...far too modified to fit in D/SP anymore as a road racer. They should just change it to SE30 class, lol.
One more person in our class and I'll actually get a physical trophy! ;-)
Motor mounts being ordered this week, hose already replaced. Live and learn. Stupid is as stupid does.

A spec e30 should be able to run DSP, since it meets al the IT specs. So if that would be a more competitive class for you, go ahead...

No, too far for an autocross. Hershey is only 10 minutes from my house. I do these for fun. Spending much more than 30 minutes in my car on a trip becomes a form of torture.
