Personally, I think those fonts pretty much suck. The design has potential buts its too boring/plain for a site like this.

The rotating banner is badass, we just employed it on our new homepage design on www.NICOclub.com (Nissan/Infiniti site)

Bump, looking for more input, I'll get to work on a actual rough draft sooner or later, been having other things shoot up here and there and been slacking.
I want it to look incredible, and have the majority like it. So shoot out what is wanted etc, try to be descriptive. I really will get r done.

We will get it off the ground when you have free time, at the least for people to have your cell phone # so three times as many people get parts from you. Ha!Originally posted by BimmerfanatikPost a linky dink to my site - I may never get it off the ground, maybe they can use some of the ideas you came up with?
Good idea though, the below is a preview at Scott's site:

If you want it to look incredible, I think you are thinking way to plain/boring/simplistic. For an E30 web site, you can get away with a lot design-wise.Originally posted by eightyfoureBump, looking for more input, I'll get to work on a actual rough draft sooner or later, been having other things shoot up here and there and been slacking.

Yeah the preview pics are quite boring. I'm just not sure how technical looking I can make it while still being useable to people just finding the site, I'm sure I'll be able to find the balance with everyone's input.Originally posted by DigitalwaveIf you want it to look incredible, I think you are thinking way to plain/boring/simplistic. Personally, i think you should make the forum width's dynamic. Theres usually a wealth of information into one post, and if you cram it within like 700 pixels, it will just feel less spaced out.
For the site, it'd be fine - but I think the forum should fill the whole screen like the current one does (if you catch my drift).
I would stick with one font, and use it. To continually change seems like you couldn't decide on one.- Sean Hayes

I don't know if I'm touching the forum, I was under the impression I was just doing the main site, if they let me I'll gladly help with the forum redesign or give my input.Originally posted by SeanPersonally, i think you should make the forum width's dynamic.
