New posts not showing up (?)

An odd quirk I've seen the last week or so -

If I post in a thread, and later hit New Posts, that thread doesn't show on the list at all. Only if you've logged out and clicked New Posts does it show, or if someone else has posted after you while still logged in.

Yeah, there's something funky going on with new posts. If I open a thread, read it or reply to it, and hit new posts again, it doesn't show. I guess that makes sense since I've already read it, and it's no longer new, but it didn't do that before.

The other thing I've noticed is that previously, if I hit new posts, it would show me posts from my last visit. Now it goes way beyond that.

I noticed this as well. If you opened something and posted then hit "New Post" it used to definitely show your new post at the top of the list.

I also notice that I have to manually 'Mark this forum read' in order to see new stuff.

I still have the issue of the forums I look through not being marked as read unless I manually do it under the "forum tools" menu.

The "new post" tab is still out of wack for me.

Same time this happened, "new posts" used to only show posts that were actually new.. now it shows 20 pages of the most recent posts. Seemed to happen around the same time panjo went away

I prefer the quick links button and then the "Todays Post" selection.
