do like me, i just powned two speeding tickets in two weeks,
in between the two tickets i originally owed a grand, and right
now all i have to pay is 210 dollars in the next 90 days :D

how much is the ticket for? how fast over the limit?
priors? Laser or radar? asked for an extension yet?

shit i wish i could make it just disappear, i would have made mine disappear,
i say go to court ask a clerk for an extension, i got one for a whole year, then win
in trial by declaration.

you may also be able to pull a story that shows you cant financially deal with the ticket
your income vs (needed) expenses, add the fact that hopefully this is a first, and you
can say that its out of your character to speed, judges usually dismiss those cases.

pay with community service, its shit, but beats the hell out of forking out cash.

request a judge to pay it off in payments + reduction of the fine.

shit tons of ways around it, but it really just takes going out to the fucking court.

so it comes down to your time or your money.

Speaking of tickets, I got one on my M3 at 3:35am for expired reg and no front plate while it was parked in front of my house on a private street. And today was the day I set aside to go turn in the incomplete reg paperwork to the DMV. :facepalm:

It's a fix-it, so mostly annoying, and looks like I can get out of the expired reg part because the CVC section only applies to public parking.
