I see some plastic bumpers with a plastic BMW insert? in the front where the plate goes? Info on it?

Just happened today, which bums me because now is when I would have time to fix it: my drivers window goes down fine, but SLOOOOW going up. EVERY car I have owned, I have had to fix/replace something with the windows....Oh well..2 projects in one, finally use my door lock cylinder rebuild kit...
