Do you guys expect shops to work for free?

Sure the parts are marked up. If a shop sold parts at wholesale there would be no profit.

Sure shops charge $80-$100 an hour for labor. They have bills to pay and employees to pay.

This does not mean they are criminals, they are trying to make a living.
