hey, i got a problem with my rear being too low(under-carriage wise) im running without pads. should i only put in the bottom ones? i would think that the top ones would increase wheel gap. i just need my exhaust be be a lil higher, not more fender clearance-FREEDOM- is cruisin at 80, windows down and listening to the perfect song-thinking "this is it"

They both increase wheel gap.
