Cardboard and bubble wrap. Or you could go to you local rim and tire store and ask them for an empty box from a 15" rim. Then stuff the void with newspaper.

Anyone looking for a previously rebuilt power steering rack. Was rebuilt in 04 IIRC. No leaks. I'm looking to upgrade and have no use for it $80. Currently on my turbo car.
