Take of the long bolt and remove the spring from the clutch pedal. You should be fine!

you mean the one that connects the brake to the assembly? If so... tried that and it made things worse. Stupid fucking wires getting in the way, etc...

sup guys, any of you know the symptoms of a broken cps.
My car was working perfectly yesterday, then there was a coolant leak so I set it aside til today when I could fix it.
But today it wont turn over, and I was in the engine bay and saw the cps wire resting against the alternator belt, with quite a bit of it being worn away. Would a broken cps wire account for no start at all?
