I get my tires mounted and balanced for free but because it's my son it usually costs me double. ;)

The local tire shop use to charge me $40 cash for all four but I did a lot of tires and alignments back then and always paid cash with no receipt.

In the mean time does anyone have a thread chaser? got some input in the m20 forum and the "best" option is to use a thread chaser to rethread the block. Otherwise it's back to a helicoil solution.

I didn't ask many questions, all I know is I called the minute they opened and asked. I had to name off the tools I had lost, but I drove down on my lunch break and picked them up. I think I was lucky the one guard that's cool there was on gate duty.
