              i would love to swap an s54 into the e30 but after reading a few things about the difficulty with the electrical i feel like i wouldnt want to deal with the hassle.

                Not for the faint of heart. Even integrating the S54 electronics into a non-M chassis isn't that easy.

                Just gotta have some patience rejiggering a couple hundred wires! :rofl:

                  patience is no issue with me. its just the complexity of the electrical stuff. shits greek to me. makes my head want to explode when i see those diagrams. probably making it out worse than it really is though. or not i mean they do have professions based on that shit

                        you could make it a bit easier and source a s54 from a 2001 z3m :rofl: I actually saw one for sale at a carmax back east for 18k :rofl:
