Yes, but you may need to unbolt the sway bar too to get full extension. A big pry bar helps as well.

Unbold the bottom bolt for the shock then pull the trailing arm down. if you need to undo the bottom sway bar link bolt. Its like a 3 min job

It came with lowering springs in the rear.
It was fairly easy to remove. Just stepped on the hub as Travis said.
I've swapped out springs a million times, just never stock lol.

Same on most of my friends' cars that I've helped work on

Sport springs are typically easy to remove vs stock. Stock springs are a lot longer and stay in the perches even with the rear fully extended. That's why you need to unbolt stuff and get a big pry bar in there.

I had to drop my subframe to get the rear springs out. It's just easier to get compressors in there..

                              wow lol.
I've never had to do anything to get springs out besides unbolting the shock, sway-bar, and bouncing on the hub while someone pulls it out.

But then again, as mentioned, I've never dealt with stock ones.

They were stock springs. Fully extended they're almost 2-3 inches taller than generic lowering springs. Jumping on the hub almost worked, but I still needed a good inch of clearance because of the rubber spring hats
I had no compressor vices, therefor, dropping the subframe was my only option as I was short on cash and I needed the car street worthy the next day

Sounds much harder than it really is.. Subframe is oly held up by like 2 bolts and 4 on the diff. The 4 on the side of the car to remove the subframe mounts are optional but recomended
