@howdyhoayman- I would buy from a trusted dealer where you know the camera isn't a refurb. I am assuming you are buying new? Say something goes wrong in a month, who will you turn to for repair or warranty? I would say buy local or from a respected seller that has a phone number and address.

I Love amazon but recently i purchased some training gloves through amazon as opposed to ringside and I tore through the seems in a month. My warranty on amazon was only 30 days and had I spent teh extra 10 bucks and went through ringside it would have come with a 90 day warranty. Sometime sit's worth it to spend a little extra for piece of mind.

Yea PS3s were going for dirty money, not like the 360s tho when they came out, I think the most expensive ps3 that I saw with bids was like 700...but anyway, as long as you pay with paypal I am sure you can always get your money back. Plus it is becoming harder and harder to scam people on ebay, I say go for it. How much cheaper is it than say amazon. Because I have noticed that a lot of times Amazon is cheaper than the ebay stores anyway and its faster shipping.

This one's like almost 3 bills cheaper I believe and the guy ships it overnight even though he's in L.A lolol.

Ouch. Yeah that's annoying as hell. I was gonna purchase the accidental squaretrade warranty and nowhere does it say in the ad that it's refurbished but you're right, I can't really be sure. Here's the ad http://www.ebay.com/itm/Canon-EOS-7D...06%26rk%3D1%26
Plus I can always file a dispute with paypal if I find that it's refurbished, that's if there's any way to find that out. I'm sure I could call Canon and give them the serial number and find out that way.
