Most bars will see that it exp and wont let you in even if your 21 or over.

I had this happen to me, my lic exp back in Aug , went to dmv took test new pic, and got a paper ID , still bars and 7/11 wont sell me shit. get it done fast dude , the avg wait for your new ID take 6-8 weeks lol , i just got mine last week. GL
