As to the e90 post there's lots of level headed fucks like that around but what's funny is when their girls see our cars they want one like ours not a e90 e92 or what ever other model they have just as the jdm guys and honestly not all cats are like that I've been rolling with the signal hill meet which is majority e90,2 m3s 1m m5s e38 ctsv e55amg u guys get the point and they appreciate our cars just as much as them. Especially when they see a m20 keeping up with there ass on pch pulling through gears haha

Everyone knows who attends is surprised when they see erika pulling with them in her 4dr 318 lmao

I'm 38 years old, I like 80s car styles (my era), if I had the room (parking space) I would buy other brands too. I could also get myself into a newer car if I so desired., maybe not a BMW but definitely a newer car.

I like the nostalgia of old cars, all the quirks and electrical gremlins to figure out, actually give me something to do, creating a learning experience and appreciation for what was, it's where is at for me.

I don't hate new BMWs, I just don't like the body lines. To me, almost every new car is a derived version of a Honda CIVIC (electric shavers)., what does that tell you about Honda?Simple, the styling is more accepted world wide than all the other ones, hence the reason why almost all new cars look alike.

It's so hard to try to explain he rawness of a e30 to a new bmw owner. All my friends and family drive new leases from Infiniti to merc, bmw, Audi but I just don't enjoy driving any of them. They always tell me " why don't you get a new car?", all I say is drive my Car then talk. The ones that do are sold, the rest are too snobby to even be seen in a 25 year old car.

Nobody here hates newer BMW's

Not neccissarily; hate is a pretty strong word, but I think a lot of people on the forums have at least bad sentiments towards the newest year of F-chassis BMWs; AKA, the ones that look like everything else on the road today. Heck; I wouldn't mind driving an e92; the have a sleep body style and I love the front fangs on a 335i or sport-package, but it's rediculous for that poser to come out of no where like an elitist douche and start bashing others out emotional rage. So what if I'm a college student working a dead end job and I don't have money to responsibly buy an e92 M3 and maintain it; everyone is at a different stage in their lives. Seems like a lot of insecure "my-horse-is-bigger-than-your-horse" game playing to me.

Ever since I moved to LA I noticed theres a real cut off in the 90s, and I cant figure it out, it really sucks, its just not the same

I wrote a sociology paper on this.. Basic human interaction and general good-will, and then ultimately the knowledge of how to obtain and maintain healthy friendships and relationships have been slowly decaying figures since the Internet-age and Social Media boom.

But enough depressing stuff. Least we our e30s to keep the crowd together and gives us a decent basis to start friendships
