So I was peeking on Craigslist this morning and hmmm what do I find

So I peek through the ad and who's number do I see .. The guy who hipped me on $2300 last year for a e30. So what should I do?? Go up with a couple people and see what's up with my money or?? I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place
