I'm not gonna bash on BummerFest, cause I din't go but, let's be honest with each other. $20 for an over hyped BMW meet, is not worth it anymore to me.

Specially, since this thing is geared towards new car products for all of the baller owners, I can't even fit in, so I'll stick to socal vintage.

I'd go only if they let pristine cars in, but I'm not up to looking at cars that need work, or that someone just brought from the lot..or like someone said, maybe even rented.

Instead I hung out with the R Gruppe Porsche guys locally here. Soooo badass.

Anybody know smog? Car failed yesterday. Failed 15mph, but passed 25mph. High NO and HC, CO was on the high side as well, but still within limits. From google, sounds like cat, any thoughts?

Bimmerfest is only as fun as you let it be. My group joined the vintage guys in the heritage corral. We set up the EZ UP, the giant cooler of beer, two BBQs, and had a fucking awesome time! I feel bad for not walking around enough though. Didn't see a lot of you fuckers!

Sherman Oaks did it right and everyone had a great time it looked like. If you don't make the cars a point but everyone else one, you'll fit in. Looking forward to next year.

My car is mad at me today. I've really had no problems with it since being tuned in 2011 but today it didn't want to start leaving Castros. Finally fires up so I decide I need to teach it a lesson... Try to dump it in 2nd to spin the tires when I leave and it's ALL CLUTCH. Good God! Now I'm one of "those guys" who tries to show off and fails. I think I'll give her a break for a week or two.

Bimmerfest was awesome, SoCal e30 had a party and bimmerfest was invited.

i also wished i walked around a little more, (at all) but we had a great time where we set camp.
