chris, was the hub ring already bent up like that or did that also happen when this stuff occurred?

It was already bent, but the actually hub ring is straight, just the cap is bent, never had any issues for 5 months, not sure what the issue wasOriginally posted by ethrtyiS View Post

Probably because it was already bent it messed up the hub ring without the hub having a flat surface for it to sit on. Vibrations built up the tension leading to failure.
