Pretty much the same thing happened to me. Only difference is the factory BBS wheel did not break. Luckily for me my car broke the chicks tie rod which made her slam in to six cars parked in front of me so she could not flee. Sorry to hear about this Harry. The courts will make him pay restitution for all the damages he caused. Get your estimated damage done on your shops letterhead and submit it to the courts. The guy that hit you will pay the court. I am not sure how the payment from the courts works. Make sure to get the police report.
