Due to this post I will be purchasing a set of these GE coilovers.Funny thing happened. Last night i went to pic up Cesars m20b31 turbo vert to tune out some of the drivability issues. The whole ride home i was like, man this thing feels sporty but but very comfortable. I wonder what suspension he has. So i get home and pull out the flashlight. GE coils. lol. I completely forgot.Comment

Good Morning, TGIF!
I took the Mtech for a ride yesterday to pick up Brian. It had not been driven for quite some time. I need to get back on this build and get-r-done.
A quick question for the experts. When I start the car it has the high low revs and then it dies. Once it warms up it sits around 1000 rpm's. All the vacuum lines are new and we have done a smoke test so that is not the problem. I am thinking either the ICV or the coolant sensor but would appreciate any suggestions. I am going to attack this problem today and see if I can't get it running right.
Cheers,

Jim, check the adjustment on your TPS or swap it as E mentioned! Since I know you have a stash of parts over there you can't just throw things at it until it's fixed if you want... Only causes would be TPS, AFM, ICV, or ECU coolant sender.Comment

Nope einstein57 is quite the entrepernuer
it's his own kit he has been selling very successfully on the forums for some time, shits legit son. If only he had one that would fit the e24.

Does he have one that fits an e12? cuz that will work for mine. later models work with the e28 parts.
Standard slip over coils work for the rear. Generally the fronts are weld on sleeves.
I have rear coilovers now and cut sprints in front. I would like to get the front coils tho. do the kits include shocks and struts? are you able to rebuild them?Comment

Thanks guys, I will start swapping out those parts from Brian's car which was running fine until the crash of 2012.

I am not sure I'd PM him or hopefully he responds here regarding fitments, but e30's are the same for the front weld on sleeves affair. He has a link to his site you should give that a check as well.Does he have one that fits an e12? cuz that will work for mine. later models work with the e28 parts.
