Strip the paint and coat the body with salt water a lot and often. it will take a while but eventually the body will get a nice coat of surface rust. diesel can speed things a bit.

Maybe spectrachrome paint, or similar product. It has three layers, and the last can be mixed with color.

Put some big mofo flowmasters on the impala and got the thumbs up from CHP guy on the freeway today.
He was shouting something too... but i couldnt hear him over the muffler music, lol.
