what's the process when a car is completely out of dmv system? is it worth buying?
If it's truly out of the system it's probably in the ballpark of $100-$150 to register and transfer. You can always check on the CA DMV website if you have the VIN info.

I like RC style wheels but you should know that considering I have ARC-8's on my E30. I wouldn't call those Racing Hart wheels RC style though. The 17" ARC-8 are about 17lb and 18" are about 18lb btw. ;)
