Got pulled over this morning on my way to drop off my sister and her friend. Bike cop was waiting with me at a left turn light on the rear right but I thought nothing of it and just joked around saying "check out this creeper" as he looked in.

His reason? He mistook the rear pop out window latch as the seat belt holder and therefore came to the conclusion that my sister's friend had no seat belt on...

Cop: Does this car not have rear seat belts?
Me: umm...
All turn and look at her clearly wearing her belt

Funny part is I've seen this guy get another kid last year for front window tint, same spot same time; pretty sure its the same guy that lives in my friend's neighborhood as I often see him riding his bike home
