Ive got most of it here with me, but Im missing the most important part. Im meeting up with my buddy this weekend actually, so Im going to try and grab it this weekend. Im flying up for a wedding, but still have some car BS to deal with.
Hopefully we can get an early start on getting that thing timed. Have you already set the top and bottom end to TDC? once thats done, we make the adjustments to the IP, double check it and we should be good to go. Easier said than done, but once we do it once or twice it is easy.
Are you gonna hitch a ride with someone to Car-B-Q?

Yup, Ive been helping my buddy Andy (MonkeyMan) get his E30 back up and running. He got sideswipped on 405 by a giant truck and he needed a new door and fender. The car will be for sale once its all fixed. The car is pretty well setup, and will be sold at a loss to Andy since he already bought another car and wants it gone.
Was there a fire at big PYP or little PYP in Wilmington on Saturday? anyone know?
In other news...I changed the look of my M3 again in preparation for SoCal Vintage. I finally found the key ingredient I have been looking for. Can't wait for Van Nuys next week.
Went to replace the master, turns out the clutch pedal bracket is cracked...
Can't figure out how to get the assembly off on an airbag car. It's like sandwhiched by the steering column. Anyone ever attempt this?
Are we suppose to just ignore them? anyone know how to get it dismissed? I "heard" they are VOLUNTARY.???
I too thought you could just ignore them (didn't even know they were still being issued). Seems like there's a grey area. Check this out, it's a good read.
