Does anyone know about certified mechanics who can sign off the inspection that my car is road worthy for the DMV? I'm getting hassled for insignificant things. When all I thought I was getting inspected for was if my brake head turn reverse and stop lights worked. Anyone?

with the deepest most polished chrome bumpers ever, chrome lips and copper plated center wheels to match a rustic brown leather interior, contrasting black stitching and vice versa leather wrapped dash, center consoles and parcel shelf. black carpet, dark tan mats. french smileys and startecs. and a mean 3.2l M20 under the hood

Are you talking about brake and lamp inspection? What are they hassling you on?

Everything works (and what doesnt I will fix), but they're giving me some shit on the brake lining dashboard light out and the brake wear sensors. also my fogs and high beams.

I just need it done ASAP and I was just hoping someone could help.

Oh lord. That would be amazing!

Remove the cluster and the brake lining light. ;) Brake lining light and fog lights are most definitely not required. I could see the high beams being an issue though. Sounds like you need to find another shop. I know there's one here in Tujunga, CA that's easy to deal with but that's not exactly close for you.

Remove the cluster and the brake lining light. ;) Brake lining light and fog lights are most definitely not required. I could see the high beams being an issue though. Sounds like you need to find another shop. I know there's one here in Tujunga, CA that's easy to deal with but that's not exactly close for you.

Agreed, the guys I went to that were in Van Nuys area were super chill. My brake light switch was actually bad so the lights didnt go on at all. They let me run home and change it and they just made sure lights turned on and that the brakes had pads.

I know its not close but if all else fails it might be worth the drive.
