^really? thats where i get most of my parts from. Never heard anyone say bad things about them until now.

I was very dissatisfied after sourcing most of my 5-speed parts for two separate swaps from them

First time it was the pilot bearing and shift linkage knuckle that was the issue. Pilot bearing was internally damaged and would whine like a supercharger the faster I went in gear; shift knuckle was the wrong type (type 1 is a large and came on early plate shifters 83-86; type 2 was the updated version: needed type 2, I got type 1 DESPITE ordering type 2). Small nuisances, but nuisances I paid good money for

Second 5-speed swap, it was again the pilot bearing, clutch master cylinder, brake light switch, and reverse light switch. Pilot bearing was not even correct; had to reuse my old one seeing as the new one I received had exposed bearings (Pilot bearings are not exposed); Clutch master cylinder was some plastic POS that wasn't even from and e30; Brake light switch was a late model switch despite me specifying I needed the early model switch because of my early pedal box (the black plastic casings are different on the switches); reverse light switch was internally damaged, so I had to fish one from the junkyard.


Despite me staying on the phone almost an hour a piece asking for the sales rep to double and triple check every part numbers and inventory, I still got burned in the end. Literally felt like I was on the of one with an Autozone rep. All the more, most parts were so cheap that it was not worth the hassle/shipping/restock fee to return them. Those were my two worst transactions: there have been others, but those were by far the worst

I used to order from Pelican Parts all the time with good transactions (which was why I was so surprised that they dropped the ball so hard), but now I avoid them if I can; BMA and Blunt are now my exclusive suppliers along with Savage and Roseville BMW.

Ordered parts from Pelican. Told sales rep to double check every part despite general hints of rudeness/arrogance to make sure I got want I needed. I did not get what I needed or parts were sent damaged. I was SOL cause parts weren't even worth shipping/restock fee. Double SOL because of needing those crucial parts for 5-speed swap

I only got the interview because my friend works there. Honestly it's going to cost me most of my pay check just to drive to work for them. I don't think I'll take the job. I'm great with electronics and people and want to work at a Best Buy, Radio Shack, or an AT&T Store. I just rewrote my resume so I'm going g to apply to all those places again. =)

Watched them cut off about six more cars and chased them down and screamed at them..then he slowed down for me to race him. What's wrong with kids these days? I'm still young but I don't try to die. Sadly, my 323 would have probably smoked that POS anyway.

Some asshat flew passed me in a scion tc yesterday weaving through traffic on a two lane road. Then got stuck in his lane. As I passed him, my passenger yelled at him to slow the fuck down. We got to the next red light and he lines up with me revving his shitbox trying to race. Wtf

My buddy has a good looking Integra and was cruising on the FWY. An sti pulled up next to him blowing off his valve back and forth trying to get him to race.
Friend denied and called him a moron once he saw the occupied baby seat in the rear.
