This is the truth lol. I just want to start right because as of right now I own everything I have, have no payments, and have no debt!

I like borrowing money. If you know what you're doing, you can leverage your debt and create a nice little residual income from the money you borrowed.


I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who doesn't know what you're doing. Money is just another means for making money.




If I had $50 million, I'd start playing commodities futures or dabble with triangular arbitrage between US$, Japanese Yen, and maybe the Canadian$.

OR

I'd start a recycling company with my buddies in Indonesia. They desperately need one, the Government would be supportive of the idea (especially when Tourism is their #1 source of income), and I could set up "headquarters" a few minutes from 3 of the best waves in the world. American Dream? Hardly. American Reality.

Depends.

I've had good luck and nice ROI on small loans (<$10k) at 30% interest with 2 month (average) payback time. If a bank won't loan out the money, people will come to me. The risk is much higher, but I haven't been burned yet. Besides, collateral is always involved.

If a bank can do it, so can I.
