I got black fenders for a coupe., they have a few minor in perfections but in good condition. 1 of them is primered black new Chinese replacement. You can have both for $65 picked up

Leaking externally? Are you sure it's not the VC gasket, rocker plugs and/or cam seal?

You definitely don't need to remove the engine to do a headgasket...

I'm pretty sure it's the head gasket, valve cover gasket is own bmw and fairly fresh, same with the rocker plugs I have no idea about the cam shaft seal though

Perform a compression test to confirm the head gasket needs to be replaced. Then determine the cause as to what may have broken the gasket. If that problem still exists (detonation, too lean/vacuum leak, overheated/warped), it will destroy the new gasket too. Don't just assume "it's old."

But even still, you don't need to remove the engine.
However, it is easier to remove the engine to swap the clutch when the head is off.
However, you could just move the tranny back underneath.

Anyway, if you replace one seal, just replace them all. Much more logical when you're already in there.
