You sure it's not the road imperfections? Maybe one of the bushings aren't seated properly? Maybe you aren't yet used to the "new" stiffer ride?

I'm positive it's not the road or the bushings. Rotors are not old either, new front bearings (both sides).

Let me know if you figure it out. I'm having the same issue. I almost feel like mine is a driveshaft issue but the steering wheel shakes a bit too.

I'm really considering dropping the money on a rebuilt rack, the one currently on my car the boots are torn and leaking all the grease.

So I replaced every suspension part on the front end of my e30 but I still get vibrations. I got my tires balanced, new front lower control arms, new tie rods, new springs and new bilstein sports, sway bar bushings, poly steering guibo, power steering delete and an alignment. My car shakes above 60.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Last thing I can think of is the rack and pinion

What kind of wheels are you running? Running spacers ? Are the wheels hub centric ?

running oz typ a 15x7 +12 with 205/50 tires, no spacers.

No I have not.

The vendor finally did respond, although claims that the adjusters are salvageable.

I find this unacceptable, as multiple of them (while seized),

are also missing their adjusting knobs.

Not to mention missing the adjuster bushings.
