Hey guys, so my car has been giving me some engine troubles.
Its only at idle or cold start ups... oh and when I pull into a parking spot and put it in park fast. The engine just shuts off. But anything else is still on
I was thinking it might be my ICV? Any thoughts?

I would check the fuel pressure....if it were at the shop I work at. Otherwise find a guy with a kit.
Since the ICV sounds like a candidate, why not borrow one from someone's car and test it out? You can start by cleaning your own, there may be oil residue in it. For extra reassurance, clean the throttle body and MAF sensor (each has its own cleaning spray found at the auto store). Check back with your results.
