has anyone had their driveshaft rebuilt by IE? They charge 325$ and are local which is a plus because most places you haft to send away and its atleast 100$ more.

That's a solid price. You can also contact General Driveshaft in Monrovia. We used to use them when I worked at TNG. (Not sure if any of you guys know what TNG was anymore). Honestly that might be the place the IE sends them to but I've never asked.

never had a driveshaft rebuilt at IE but every dealing with them has been pleasant.

That said, a guy in OC I know had a custom shaft built for an f20c '02 in HB and iirc it was considerably less than your IE quote, I'll have to ask him about it.


The whole thing with e30tech, I'm not too sure, I briefly read that before, but that was before my interest, so no real attention was paid to it.
