no - i believe it means it's working correctly, your tires are not gripping enough

in a turn, the inside tire should spin slower than the outside...with the tires locked, the inside tire will have to slip in order to keep the same speed as the outside tire. If your tires were "grippyer" it would have a hard time slipping and try to push you through the turn...

        This is my thinking anyway...

^ i thought it was blown because it acts, to me, like it doesn't lock like it should
          in this vid.

Is the car in gear or in neutral in this video?

Also, what's that clunking sound? is that coming from the diff?

She's back... after a 368 day hiatus she's on the road again. First picture is a real dirty e30, after cleaning her up we took some pics next to my sons 88. I'm like a kid on Christmas right now.

The image file size is probably too big.

so yesterday when leaving the garagistic meet I got pulled over again.
                            "you in a hurry?"
"no. did I go over the speed limit?"
"no. license, registration, proof of insurance."
                            "sure, here you go officer."
he starts calling it over the radio, still standing right next to me at my door.
"do me a favor, stay light on the pedal in the back streets. have a good day."

I'll admit, I did come out of that cul de sac with a heavy foot but no speeding nor burnout, just getting happy on the throttle.
