yes it does now that I think about it. he mentioned some wall units that were coming in. the owner has just put in new floors, new appliances, is gonna add a dishwasher, has my babys garage. he's gonna add a fence for the pooch, not to mention its an amazing back lot location. dropping the deposit off after we finish at usc with wife meeting.

Anyone have a bosch diverter valve they can donate. Broken is preferable since all I want is the spring.
