Next to nothing, but it's a true pain in the ass to cut them because the material is so brittle.

ughh still waiting for mine, its been in the mail for 2 weeks. Whats the bulb size for the lows and highs?
also why would you swap high beams? i hope not for the merc ones

Hey, I like them, and i've never truly NEEDED my highs yet since the hids, so yes, i'll be keeping the merc ones at least for now.

lol ok haha , high's come in handy alot , id say just French the highs and call it a day. the merc have a low light out put. Even when i had my HID's on my old ellips i stilled used my high beams often. I even ran a 6k bulb with a 55w ballest, high beams had yellow jdm tight bulbs we stole from a ef hatchback on GMR ( lol fun times ) but its totally up to you.

just scored a thule roof rack with old skool fairing and cargo basket all for 30 bucks. pretty happy.

Yeah the lighting on them sucks, I think they were intended as fogs on the merc. I hate how cheap lamin-x looks, or any other film for that matter. The 35w hids so far have been plenty bright for me..

yea i think they were. Idk i didnt think the 35w was strong enuf for me. I only did becuz we started doing that mountain runs like every week and my 35s were weak so did the up grade to 55 and WOW so much brighter.

im always on craigslist looking for racks for cheap. some people just want to get rid of them asap. and thats my 3rd rack now. i can easily turn them around and sell them, which i plan on doing for this one. they come in very handy, and i like roofs that arent naked.
