Alright, tried RTV silicone on the water pump and it still leaked. I think the WP mating surface is just no good. I don't recognize what manufacturer it is, either. The impeller looks unusual.
So the owner brought me a new WP, slapped that on a little over an hour ago, and now it seems to be holding coolant just fine. :D-Kalim

Our cars boost around the same rpm range since my car uses a T4 turbo. We are both using log manifolds but he has a ball bearing and a better flowing head. In 4th gear if i roll on to it starting at 2k rpm i hit full boost at around 3600rpm.Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

My buddy just came over a little while ago to pick up some front grilles, so I had him crank it over for the first start, haha. Crappy phone quality and no exhaust installed, lol.-Kalim
