so my skid plate saved my life on wed.


i was driving down the road and i knew that there was this pot hole that was badly paved. on the sides, the asphalt stuck up like a big lip. i usually go over to the right to avoid it- but a car was there and a car was behind me(also trying to not get a yellow light) so this is going 43+ and i really didnt want my wheels getting chewed up or a bent rim from driving over it. so i turned a lil left. but by the time i got to the hole the middle of my car ping'd over the raised asphalt :/ thats the worst sound ever when you dodn't know what hit- i just knew it was hard

found out later that i had hit my skid plate. thank God i had finally made one and stuck in on just a couple months before

EDIT: Mike, my car is 253843843543x more fun to drive now, even without the sway bar. I pushed the sports a little and I love 'em.

You should buy OEM sway links and sway bushings in the mean time. This way when you get the bar, you'll feel a big difference.

The first prototype RSM has matts name all over it. Need one more piece of hardware and they are done. I'm considering doing a trial batch of 10 sets before i commit to ordering 100 sets. In case you're wondering yes I am working out a full coilover kit complete with camber plates. It will be very well priced.

I've got a front stress bar and a vert sway bar. That coupled with m3 drop links should have you set. if your interested i can get you a killer packaged deal.
