          Don't bother with any "performance" mods. It's still going to be an E28 with an M20, not my idea of a good combo. Great for daily driving though, I'd rock it. I'd honestly say that even if it needs the head swapped out (what's wrong with it?) that you should put another Eta head on there.

              yeah it's been a point of argument in our little circle. i personally love driving it. the muffler fell off at some point and it sounds great. i mobbed that shit and was getting over 20mpg, and he says it's plenty fast for him. the po had the head rebuilt about 20k miles ago, and eventually ran into some milky coolant and swapped the entire cooling system. coolant is pretty thick and chunky now, although the oil remains clean.

                Just flush it and keep driving. Eta engine is tank.
