btw, anyone know any good reliable machine shops that would reduce the outer bore size on adapters? the places i have called, are either dicks, or don't know what they are so they give me ridiculous price range.

Use a box that once housed a LCD/Plasma TV as those work the best. I used newspapers and obscure items as packing material.

I always buy the box from the UPS Store. I think it's supposed to be for pictures. It's white and fits all 4 almost perfectly. Just fill the rest with newspaper. I usually ship through FedEx though, costs about $45-$50 to most places.
