Plans are to find a cheap head have it rebuilt, install re-ground cam maybe hd rockers amd go pnp. Along with my miller maf kit. All that should be 500 or so. I thought about a swap but I only have a driveway plus ive never pulled an engine..

How cheap is cheap? I plan on pulling one at the yard when its half off with harnes/intake and underdrive pullys etc etc.

Im sure its easy . Its just finding a place and such. Pulling a m20 head is easy. Done it twice. Plus cost is cheaper going 2.7i with about the same gains. Im not in a rush.

i have the one from my auto '89 coupe. worked alright, put in a manual one when i swapped it over. $20 at van nuys if you for sure want it.

my sealed beams suck and im thinking about swapping, but i wanna keep my Benz fog lights that i currently run in the high beam spot. i just moved over the high beam so i have regular and my high beams in the same light; while running the fogs on a separate switch.

just wanna know if having a flat face light and a convex light together would look funky.

i actually just replaced my benz fog/high beams with regular highs because the w123 fogs are pitifully weak.
